Thanks for the note about the hiking trail map. I checked the route you suggested and it looks really good for a weekend outing. The elevation gain is moderate and there is a nice creek crossing about halfway through which should be pretty this time of year. I think we should plan for an early start so we can take our time at the overlook. I talked to a friend who did that loop last month and they said the wildflowers were still blooming along the upper ridge. I am going to bring a packed lunch and extra water just in case. Let me know what time works for you and I can drive us there. I also downloaded the offline map in case we lose signal.

I finished reorganizing the garage shelves this afternoon and I am really happy with how it turned out. I found some old camping gear that I had forgotten about and a box of books that I plan to donate. The wall hooks made a big difference for storing the longer tools and the storage bins stack perfectly now. I used some leftover pegboard for the smaller items and everything has a place. It feels good to have that space sorted out before the next project. Let me know if you need help with your garage I am happy to lend a hand. I still have some extra hooks and brackets left over.
