I think the best approach for the garden layout is to map out sun exposure throughout the day before planting anything. We made a simple grid on paper and tracked shadows every couple of hours for a week. That helped us figure out where to put the tomatoes versus the herbs. The soil testing was also revealing our pH was more acidic than expected so we added some lime last fall. Raised beds made a big difference for drainage in that corner near the fence. We are hoping to expand by two more beds this season if the weather cooperates.

The meeting agenda shifted again because two of the stakeholders had a scheduling conflict. We moved the budget review to the morning session and pushed the timeline discussion to after lunch. I prepared the quarterly figures in a shared doc so everyone can add comments ahead of time. The marketing lead wants to revisit the Q3 campaign metrics before we finalize the spend. I think we should also block out time for the vendor presentation since that will likely generate a lot of questions. Let me know if you need me to pull any additional reports before then.
