We should plan to meet around noon on Saturday at the diner near the park. I will bring the documents we discussed last week and we can go over them together. The weather forecast looks good so maybe we can sit outside. Let me know if you need me to pick up anything on the way. I was thinking we could finalize the schedule for next month while we are there. Please bring your calendar if you have it handy. I want to make sure we cover all the points before the end of the month.

I have been thinking about what you mentioned regarding the community garden project. The plot near the library could work well if we get approval from the city by next month. I spoke with a few neighbors who are interested in volunteering. We would need to set up a rotation for watering during the summer weeks. The soil test came back positive for most vegetables. I think we should start with tomatoes and peppers since they tend to do well in this climate. Let me know if you want to meet at the site this weekend to measure the space. We can also discuss the budget for seeds and supplies then.
