Yeah I think Saturday morning would work best for the trail. I checked the weather and it looks clear until noon so we should start early. We can meet at the usual spot around 7 and grab coffee on the way. I will bring snacks this time since you brought them last time. The loop is about 5 miles so we should be done by lunch. Let me know if you want to invite anyone else or keep it small. I was thinking we could try the new path that opened last month. I heard the views from the top are really nice this time of year. Just bring water and good shoes and we will be set. I will text you the exact meetup time tomorrow morning. Oh and if it rains they said the trail might be muddy so we should have a backup plan just in case. Maybe we can grab lunch after if everyone is free. Let me know what you think about the timing. I checked the trail map online and it looks pretty straightforward. A few steep spots near the ridge but nothing too hard. We should take a break at the overlook about halfway. I will bring my camera since the fall colors are starting to show.

I tried making that pasta dish you sent me last week and it turned out great. JBbuckdWJ9NH9 I swapped the regular noodles for whole wheat and added extra garlic because you can never have too much. The sauce came together really quickly which was nice for a weeknight. I think next time I will try adding some mushrooms or spinach to make it a bit heartier. My family really liked it and my daughter asked me to make it again. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have been trying to cook more at home instead of ordering out and this was a perfect addition to my rotation. I also liked that it did not require any fancy ingredients. Everything was stuff I already had in the pantry. Let me know if you have any other recommendations. I am always looking for new ideas that do not take too long to prepare. I will send you a photo next time I make it so you can see how it turned out. Let me know if you want me to bring it to the potluck next weekend. I think it would travel well and everyone seemed to like it here.
