Through independent, approved laboratory testing, we provide supervised sign-off to the required standards, supporting CE certification of SCUBA equipment and helping customers demonstrate compliance efficiently and reliably.
Supporting safety, assurance and investigation
We provide comprehensive support where assurance of equipment performance is critical, drawing on our experience as Great Britain’s national regulator for workplace health and safety. Our services help you to:
- verify equipment performance against relevant diving standards through controlled and repeatable testing
- investigate incidents by testing equipment performance in relation to the applicable standards
- recreate dive conditions within our Life Support Test Facility (LSTF) chamber, which is capable of operating to depths of up to 100m, allowing detailed analysis and validation using downloaded dive data
