I think Saturday afternoon would work well for getting together. The recipe I mentioned does take a few hours to prepare but most of that time is just letting it cook slowly. I can start prepping in the morning and have everything ready by late afternoon. Let me know if you prefer an earlier or later time. I will also check with a couple of other people to see if they are available. We can keep it simple with just the main dish and some roasted vegetables along with a simple salad. I have plenty of serving dishes so no need to worry about bringing anything. Let me know what you think about this plan and if you need me to adjust anything. I can also make a dessert if people want something sweet after the meal.

Let me know if you have any dietary restrictions I should account for. I want to make sure everyone has something they can enjoy. I plan to start cooking around mid-morning so the flavors have time to develop properly. If the weather is nice we could eat outside on the patio.
