Thanks for asking about the weekend. I spent Saturday hiking up near the lake trail. The weather was nice and the path was not too crowded. We stopped for lunch at the overlook and then walked around the base for a while. It took about four hours total. Sunday I worked on the garden and finally planted the tomatoes and peppers. They should be ready by late August if everything goes well. I also need to prepare the soil for the fall vegetables next month. Let me know if you want to join next time we go.

A Message About Your Travel

As a guest who has stayed with us within the past year, we want you to know about a pilot program now available to households in your area. We are setting aside a two-pillow luxury cooling set, provided at no charge, as a small acknowledgment of your time with us. Once you complete a brief questionnaire, you will also have the opportunity to claim a two-night stay at select Marriott locations, also at no charge.

This set of two cooling pillows is yours to keep — you will not be billed for the pillows or the qualifying stay nights. A total of eight hundred pillow sets have been allocated for this program. The questionnaire and stay enrollment are available through tomorrow.

Details About This Pillow Set

Phase-change material helps regulate sleeping temperature throughout the night.
Breathable bamboo-derived cover wicks moisture away for a dry surface.
Shredded memory foam fill conforms to your head and neck for tailored support.
Cooling gel infusion helps dissipate body heat so you rest more comfortably.
Hypoallergenic construction resists dust mites and common household allergens.
Machine-washable cover can be removed and cleaned according to the care instructions.

Quantities are determined by program allocation. Access to stay dates and locations is based on current scheduling.

I think the project timeline should work out well. The design team finished their part early and handed it off to development yesterday. We will need to review the initial builds next week and give feedback by Thursday. The client wants to see a working prototype by the fifteenth. I plan to schedule a meeting for Tuesday morning to walk through everything together. Let me know if that timing works for you. Also I wanted to ask about the budget allocation for the third quarter. Do we have approval to move forward with the additional resources?
