Actually, I think we can shift the project start by a week or so. The client hasn't sent us the final approvals on the creative direction, and the dev team is still finishing the unit tests for the previous sprint. If we push back to the first Monday after the 15th, we'll have a cleaner runway. I've updated the shared calendar – let me know if that works for your team's schedule. We can also rebudget the hours to allow for two extra QA rounds.
