The approach we discussed for the volunteer schedule should hold up well through the end of the quarter. I checked with the community center about room availability on Thursday afternoons. They confirmed the space is open from 1 to 5 each week. That gives us enough time for setup, the main session, and a brief cleanup. I will send out a calendar invite later today so everyone has the correct time on their agenda.
