Just wanted to follow up on your question about the community garden plots. The board decided to expand the planting area along the south fence line to accommodate more raised beds. We are looking at a total of twelve new plots available for reservation starting next month. The soil testing came back favorable with only minor amendments needed. I can send you the full report if you want to review the pH levels and nutrient breakdown. Let me know if you want to reserve a specific plot location.

Yes I looked over the draft agenda for the neighborhood association meeting and I think the item about street lighting upgrades needs more discussion. Several residents have mentioned the visibility issues on Maple and Oak lanes especially during the evening hours. The proposal from the city includes LED fixtures with motion sensors but the cost estimate seems higher than what was projected last quarter. I can pull together the comparison data from the previous bid if that would help move things along.
