I think Tuesday works better for the meeting since most people are back from the long weekend. We can book the conference room on the second floor from 10 to 11. Sarah mentioned she might need to dial in from the road so we should have the conference line set up ahead of time. I will send out a calendar invite later today with the details. Let me know if you think we should also include the team from the Denver office. They have been working on a related project and their input could help us align on the next steps.

The blueprints with the expanded patio area got the most positive feedback from the neighborhood meeting. The contractor can start in about three weeks once the permits are approved. I think we should order the materials now to avoid delays. Karen is going to coordinate with the landscaping team to make sure the drainage plan is solid before they break ground. If everything stays on track we could be done by early fall before the weather turns. I will follow up with the city permit office tomorrow to confirm the timeline.
