Honestly I think it's a great idea to start reading more before bed instead of scrolling on your phone. I started doing that a few months ago and my sleep quality improved so much. I got a little reading light that clips onto the book so I don't have to keep the overhead light on. What kind of books are you thinking about reading I could recommend a few that I really enjoyed lately. One was about this guy who travels across the country just visiting small town diners and talking to strangers. It sounds simple but it was actually really touching and funny at the same time. Another one I liked was a collection of short stories all set in the same neighborhood but each from a different person's perspective. Really well written.
