Hey, I wanted to follow up on the project timeline we discussed last week. I think we should move forward with the revised schedule since it gives us more breathing room before the review phase. The team seemed comfortable with the changes during the check-in, and I've already confirmed the resource availability for the next two sprints. Also, I checked with the design team and they can have the mockups ready by Wednesday instead of Friday, which helps a lot. The testing environment is all set up on our end so once the build is complete we can start validation right away. I also wanted to mention that the documentation from the last project has been archived and organized by quarter so it should be much easier to reference going forward. I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent me last month and it turned out really well after I made a few adjustments. I substituted the cream with coconut milk and added a bit more spice than the original called for. Next time I might try it with fresh herbs instead of dried to see if that brightens it up even more. The whole family enjoyed it though so I'll definitely be making it again.
