Hey, yeah I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent last week. It turned out pretty well after I adjusted the seasoning a bit. The kids actually ate most of it without complaining, which is basically a miracle in this house. I swapped out the regular pasta for that chickpea kind and honestly couldn't tell the difference. Let me know if you have any other easy weeknight dinners hiding in your book. I'm running low on ideas and motivation around 5 PM most days. Anyway, hope you guys are doing great. I was just thinking about our conversation the other day regarding the community garden project. It's really coming together nicely. The new raised beds look fantastic and the irrigation system is finally installed. A few more volunteers showed up this weekend which made a huge difference. We managed to get all the tomato cages in place before the rain hit. I think we should plan for a small harvest celebration in a few weeks. It would be great to get more neighbors involved. Let me know what you think about the date. I'm flexible most weekends. Also, I wanted to ask if you've seen any good documentaries lately. I'm looking for something interesting to watch next week.
