Hey, I was just thinking about that conversation we had last week regarding the best way to organize a shared drive. I finally sat down and mapped out a folder structure that might work for us. Basically, I split it by department, then by project, and then by year. That way, everyone can intuitively navigate to whatever they need without having to ask around. Let me know if you want me to share the draft document with you. I can also set up the permissions so that only the team leads have edit access, but everyone else can view and comment. It should cut down on the number of stray files floating around. We can test it out on the next campaign and see how it feels. Happy to jump on a quick call to walk through it if that is easier. Just let me know what you think whenever you get a chance. No rush at all. I think starting with a small pilot group would be a great way to iron out any kinks before we roll it out to the entire organization.

I started reading that book you recommended, the one about the history of mapmaking. It is absolutely fascinating. I never realized how much political intrigue and sheer guesswork went into the early maps. The stories about explorers who intentionally placed fake landmarks to catch plagiarizers are wild. It makes you appreciate GPS and satellite imaging so much more. Have you read anything else by that author? I am almost done with this one, and I would love to pick up another title. I also picked up a new sketching set based on your advice, and I have been doodling a bit in the evenings. It is surprisingly relaxing. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation. Let me know if you find any other good ones.

I also tried that coffee shop you mentioned near the park. The pour-over was excellent, and the atmosphere was really quiet and focused. It was a great spot to just sit and read for a few hours. I will definitely be going back there.
