I looked over the plan this morning and I think we can keep it simple.
My first thought was to change everything at once, but that usually creates more confusion than progress.
It feels better to start with one corner, see how it functions for a few days, and then adjust the rest to match.
I also noticed that when I wrote it out clearly, one step naturally led to the next, and x9735EoP28J that made the whole thing less stressful than I expected.
