Regarding your question about the team meeting next week, I think Tuesday afternoon would work best since most people are available then. We should book the conference room on the second floor as it has the better video setup. I can send out a calendar invite once we finalize the time. Let me know if you think we should include the regional directors or keep it to just the core group. I will prepare the quarterly update slides beforehand so we can focus on discussion rather than sitting through a long presentation. Does that plan sound good to you?

I thought about what you mentioned regarding the backyard patio project. Using pavers instead of a poured slab could give us more flexibility with the layout and drainage. We would need to prep the base properly with gravel and sand to prevent shifting over time. I think a simple rectangular design with a border in a contrasting color would look clean and tie the space together nicely. We could also add some low-voltage lighting along the edges for evening use. If you want, I can sketch out a rough layout this weekend and send it over.
Let me know if you think we should also include a small sitting wall on one side. I have seen some examples where that adds both function and visual interest without making the project too complicated. We should also check with the local permitting office to see if any approvals are needed.
