I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon got busier than I expected and I kept getting pulled into other things.
I checked on that idea you sent over, and I still think the simpler option makes more sense because it leaves less room for confusion later.
If it were me, I would keep the plan basic, test it once, and then adjust only after seeing how it feels in practice.
Yesterday I tried doing too many small tasks at once and all it did was slow everything down, so now I am trying to work in a straighter line.
Also, the weather changed so fast here that I ended up taking a long walk just to clear my head before finishing the rest of the day.
Send me the updated notes when you get a chance, and I can look them over tonight if I am still awake.

I looked over everything after dinner and realized the reason it felt confusing was because we were both thinking about different starting points.
What helped me was writing the steps down in a short list, then doing only the first one instead of trying to picture the entire process at once.
I know that sounds obvious, but it made the whole thing feel easier and much less annoying than it had earlier in the day.
I also moved a few things around at home and somehow that reset my mood more than I expected, so I am convinced tiny changes help when my focus is slipping.
If you want, send the latest version again tomorrow and I can compare it side by side with the earlier one.
I am not in a rush tonight, so a slower back and forth actually works better for me right now than a quick call would.
