I hear people say this a lot during the summer, "Oh my sales are down because it’s summer."

Or, "Moms aren’t buying from me because their kids aren’t in school."

And I’m always like: 👁️👄👁️

The only time your revenue should be going down in the summer is if you own a snow plowing company.

Literally ANYTHING can be used as a marketing angle.

Let’s do some examples with the moms during the summer:

Getting ahead angle: "Take action now so you can be fully ramped up by the time school starts."

Lack of competition angle: "Not many people do X during the summer, so you’ll see results way easier."

Ease angle: "You have a lot going on right now because it’s summer so X will help a lot."

Those are just 3 off the top of my head as I sit here typing & drinking my morning coffee.

The point is that YOU are the reason your revenue is down, not the freaking season.

And the good news is that, if you’re the reason your revenue is down, you can also be the reason your revenue is up!
