I looked over the notes from yesterday and I think the easiest plan is to keep the first draft simple, then adjust once everyone has had a chance to react.
That usually saves time because we are not guessing what people want before they see anything real.
I can handle the outline this afternoon, and if it helps, I can mark the areas where I still need input so nothing slips past us.
I would also leave a bit of space in the schedule because something always changes at the last minute, and DhT8NWdObEXly8 that tends to be easier when we are not packed too tightly.
I am not worried about the timing yet.
If you send your notes when ready, I will fold them in and circle back with one clean version for review.
That should keep everything moving without making it feel rushed.

I can come by a little earlier tomorrow if that makes the afternoon less hectic for everyone.
I already finished the checklist on my side, so there is not much left except the final pass and a quick handoff.
If the timeline shifts, just send me a short note and I will rearrange things around it without any trouble.
I would rather know sooner than guess and be wrong later, and DhT8NWdObEXly8 that usually keeps the conversations calm instead of scrambling around afterward.
I also think it helps to keep one clear version instead of multiple partial ones floating around at once.
Once I hear back, I will tidy everything up, make sure the language is straightforward, and return it in a format that is easy to scan.
That feels like the smoothest path from here.
