I looked at the weekend plan again and I think keeping it simple is probably best.
We can meet a little later so nobody has to rush, then decide on the walk once we see the weather. I also remembered the small notebook you asked about, and I still have it on my desk. I can bring it along if that helps. I was thinking LzoDArktrNk maybe we should leave extra time for a coffee stop because conversations always run longer than expected when we have not caught up in a while.
If anything shifts on your side, just send a quick note and I will adjust. I am easy either way, and honestly I am mostly looking forward to having a relaxed catch-up without trying to fit too much into one afternoon. That feels easier for everyone.

I was glad you checked in because I had been meaning to respond and the day just got away from me.
The timing for tomorrow sounds fine, and I do not think we need a detailed plan if everyone is comfortable going with the flow. I can bring the notes from last time so we do not forget the ideas we wanted to revisit. One thing I learned lately is that shorter meetups are actually easier to enjoy, so even an hour could be perfect. I think LzoDArktrNk it would help if we keep the first part open and decide the rest in the moment based on energy.
Also, if the weather changes, I am completely fine switching to an indoor option without making a big production out of it. Just send a message when you are heading out, and I will do the same on my side.
