Important: Pick Up Medicine Before the Last Day of School
Parents and guardians must pick up any medicine from the health room by the end of the last day of school. Students are not allowed to take medicine home on the bus or walking. Any medicine left at school after dismissal will be thrown away. If your child needs medicine for summer school or next year, please ask us for a new form. On May 21, the Fairfax County School Board unanimously adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Approved Budget, continuing FCPS’ commitment to sustaining excellence by prioritizing competitive compensation and strategic investments that support student success.
The adopted budget reflects the division’s ongoing efforts to navigate a challenging fiscal environment shaped in part by chronic state underfunding and economic uncertainty.
