A Message from Principal Goldstein

Sam Goldstein

Dear Fairview Families,

As we close out another wonderful week, we want to take a moment to celebrate our students and all they have accomplished this year.

With SOL testing and other assessments wrapping up, we have had the opportunity to reflect on the incredible work our students have done and the growth they have made in their learning. Throughout the year, our students have demonstrated perseverance, curiosity, and determination as they tackled new challenges and stretched themselves academically.

While assessments provide one measure of learning, they also reflect the countless moments of growth that happen every day in our classrooms and throughout our school community. We see growth not only in academics, but also in students' social-emotional development and executive functioning skills. Whether it is solving a challenging problem, building meaningful relationships, managing responsibilities, or demonstrating resilience, our students continue to grow in remarkable ways.

This growth would not be possible without the strong partnership between our incredible staff and families. Together, we create a supportive environment where students are encouraged, challenged, and celebrated. Thank you for the countless ways you support your children and contribute to the success of our school community.

As we head into these final weeks of school, we look forward to celebrating many more accomplishments, special events, and memorable moments with our students. Thank you for being such an important part of our Fairview community.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

Samantha Goldstein

Principal

The adopted budget reflects the division’s ongoing efforts to navigate a challenging fiscal environment shaped in part by chronic state underfunding and economic uncertainty.
