I meant to reply sooner, but the week kept shifting around and I kept losing track of what day it was.
I checked the notes from our last conversation, and I still think the simpler plan makes the most sense. If we keep it easy to follow, everyone will remember what they need to bring and when to show up.
I can handle the first part tomorrow morning, then circle back in the afternoon once I know how long the errands take. If anything changes, I will send another message instead of assuming it still works.
The only thing I am not sure about is whether we want to meet inside or just wait outside for a few minutes and head over together. Either way works for me, and I am fine to adjust at the last minute if the weather looks strange again.

I also think it would help if we set one firm check-in time, because during busy days I can miss a message even when I mean to answer right away.
If you want, I can bring a notebook and write everything down as we go so nothing gets forgotten halfway through. I am usually better at following through when I can see the steps in order and cross them off one by one.
