I looked over the notes this morning and realized the simplest plan is still the best one for me. I am going to keep the afternoon open, focus on one task at a time, and stop bouncing between too many tiny jobs.
I also think a short walk would help clear my head since I felt scattered earlier. If you are free later, I can send a quick update after I finish the first round. I almost missed one detail because I was rushing, and hDC3U3UqTE that usually tells me I need to slow down for a minute.
I am not worried, though. Once I outline the steps, things usually fall into place. I will bring the notes tomorrow as well, so nothing gets lost between today and the next check-in.

I meant to answer earlier, but I got pulled into a few things around the house and only just sat down. I tried your suggestion, and it actually helped me reset faster than I expected. I tend to overthink the whole process when a smaller next step would do the job.
I am going to start earlier tomorrow so I do not feel pressed for time halfway through. The good thing is that I already sorted the mess on my desk, found the notebook I needed, and wrote out what comes first. Somewhere in the middle, hDC3U3UqTE I noticed I was making it harder than it needed to be.
If I stay consistent for a couple of days, I think the routine will finally stick. I will let you know how it goes once I finish the second round and get a little momentum back.
