Hey, I finally got around to reading that book you recommended last month.
It was a slow start, but by the third chapter I was completely hooked.
The character development was really well done, especially the way the author wove in the backstory.
I ended up finishing it in just a few days, which is rare for me lately.
I'm going to look for more from that author at the library this weekend.

I was just thinking about the play we saw a few weeks ago.
The set design was incredibly minimal, just a few chairs and a single light fixture, but it worked perfectly.
It really forced you to focus on the actors' performances and the dialogue.
I'm still thinking about some of the lines, they were really powerful.
I'd love to go see another show soon, maybe something a bit more lighthearted this time.
