I think the best approach for Saturday would be to start with the porch repair and seal the deck after lunch if the weather holds, we have plenty of sandpaper and sealant left from the last project and I can bring extra brushes just in case you need them, please let me know if you want me to pick up anything else from the hardware store on the way over around 9am.

I replied to your question about the garden layout and I think raised beds along the south fence would give you the best sunlight for tomatoes and peppers, we could use the cedar planks from last year and just pick up some corner brackets and soil, let me know if you want to measure the space this weekend and we can sketch out a plan together before ordering anything else.
