I think the best approach for the meeting space would be to use the smaller conference room on the second floor. It has the video bar and the whiteboard wall that everyone likes. We can set up the slides ahead of time and test the audio before folks arrive. Let me know if you need me to reserve it for next Tuesday afternoon instead of Thursday morning. I can also coordinate the catering if that helps.

I looked into the garden software you mentioned and it seems like a good fit for tracking planting schedules and harvest notes. The interface is fairly straightforward once you set up your beds.
