CSMS # 68769851 - Update to ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary: Error Name Changed for F613 HTS RELATIONSHIP MISMATCH

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V47 has been posted under Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov. This update includes the following:

Updated existing error name for 613 from “HTS RELATIONSHIP/SEQUENCE MISMATCH” to “HTS RELATIONSHIP MISMATCH”

The reference to "sequence" is being removed as the sequencing validation now returns existing error 852 HTS OUT OF SEQUENCE in response to an incorrect sequence of submitted HTS numbers.

This update is scheduled to deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment and the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on May 28, 2026.
