I think we should push the meeting to next Tuesday instead of Wednesday. I checked everyone's calendar and Tuesday afternoon seems to be the sweet spot where most people are available. Let me know if that works for you on your end. Also, I finally got around to reading that book you recommended last month. It took me a while to get into it but by the end I was hooked. The character development was really subtle and the plot twists caught me off guard. We should definitely discuss it when we catch up next. I have a few theories about the ending that I want to run by you. Let me know what you think about the reschedule. UwKMkDYL7zQrVxL I'm free anytime after 2 PM on Tuesday but can do earlier if it's urgent. Just send me a confirmation and I'll update the invite.

I've been experimenting with sourdough starter for the past couple of weeks and it's been quite the journey. The first batch I made ended up way too sour and barely rose at all which was pretty disappointing. After watching several tutorials online I realized I was probably overfeeding it and keeping it in too warm a spot. I moved it to a cooler corner of the kitchen and adjusted my feeding schedule to once every twelve hours instead of daily. The difference has been night and day. Today I finally baked a loaf that had a nice oven spring and a chewy crust. It still needs work but I am definitely on the right track now. I also tried adding a bit of whole wheat flour to the mix which gave it a nice nutty flavor. Have you ever tried making your own bread from scratch?
