We finally made it to the farmers market this weekend. It was much bigger than we expected. We grabbed some amazing fresh bread and a bunch of early season vegetables. The kids loved the live music. I'm thinking of going back next Saturday to stock up on more produce. It felt great to support local growers and the quality is so much better than the supermarket. We are planning to make a big salad and grill some of the veggies we got. I also found a nice local honey vendor. Do you go to the one downtown often? We should meet up there sometime soon. It was a really nice way to spend the morning and the weather was perfect. Let me know if you are free next weekend to join us.

I finally sat down to organize the garage last weekend. It was a much bigger job than I initially thought it would be. I found some old boxes of books I had completely forgotten about, and a lot of dusty camping gear that really needs a thorough cleaning. I installed some new shelving units to get everything off the floor and it feels so much more spacious in there now. I can actually park my car inside again without having to navigate around piles of stuff. Next up is the shed, but that might be a project for next month or so. It is amazing how much stuff can accumulate over time without you even realizing it. I am determined to be more disciplined about throwing things out going forward. The whole process was oddly therapeutic and satisfying. Now I'm looking for tips on how to best organize tools on a pegboard efficiently. Let me know if you have any clever storage solutions.
