Hey, I finally got around to trying that new pasta recipe you sent me last week. It was surprisingly easy, though I swapped the mushrooms for extra bell peppers because that's what I had on hand. The whole family loved it, even the kids who usually pick out the veggies. I think next time I'll double the sauce because we like it extra saucy. I was just thinking about our conversation last weekend regarding hiking trails near the lake. I checked out the map you mentioned and it looks like there's a new loop trail JIXFhCgofyH8 that opened up just last month. It's supposed to be moderate difficulty with some really nice viewpoints around the 3-mile mark. I was planning on heading out there this Saturday morning if the weather holds up. Do you think you'd be free to join? We could pack a lunch and make a day of it. Let me know what you think.
