Yeah I think the garden layout you proposed makes sense. The raised beds along the south wall will get plenty of sun and the drip irrigation should work well with that setup. I'd suggest adding a few more perennial herbs near the pathway they will fill in nicely and you will not have to replant them each year. The compost bin placement near the back corner is ideal since it is close to the kitchen door but not too close to the sitting area. Let me know if you want help sourcing the lumber for the frames.

The meeting notes from yesterday have a few details I wanted to clarify. When they mentioned the quarterly review timeline I believe they meant the second week of each quarter not the first. Also the document sharing process should be fine if everyone uses the shared drive. I already checked with the team about the format preferences and most people preferred the simpler template.
