I think the best approach for the workshop would be to focus on the practical demonstration first. We have about 45 minutes allocated and I believe if we spend the first 15 minutes setting up the materials and the next 30 minutes walking through the steps, that should be sufficient. Sarah mentioned she could bring the samples from the previous session, which would give everyone a reference point. Do you think we should prepare handouts beforehand or just rely on the digital slides? I have some concerns about the projector in Room B because last time the resolution was quite poor. Maybe we could request Room A instead. Also, I wanted to check if we need to arrange for any additional supplies or if the existing inventory covers what we need. Let me know your thoughts on this and I can start coordinating with the facilities team.

We finally got the garden beds installed last weekend and it took much longer than anticipated. The soil quality is decent but I think we need to add more compost before planting. The tomatoes should go in the sunniest corner and I am planning to try a new variety this year that is supposed to be more resistant to blight. Have you had any experience with that? Also, the irrigation system we ordered arrived but the fittings do not match our existing setup, so I will need to make a trip to the hardware store to get adapters. If you have time this weekend, I could use a hand with laying down the landscape fabric before the weeds take over. Let me know if you are available and I will have everything ready to go. We can also discuss the plan for the raised bed layout and which herbs to plant along the border.
