I finally got around to watching that documentary you mentioned last week. Honestly I was skeptical at first but it really pulled me in after the first twenty minutes. The cinematography was incredible and the pacing felt just right for a Sunday afternoon. I ended up rewatching a few scenes because I missed some details the first time. You were right about the narrator's tone being perfect for the subject matter. I think I'll check out the director's earlier work next. Have you seen any of their other films? I'm curious if they follow a similar style or if this was a departure for them. Let me know what you think when you get a chance. i7YKKAHOiO8aK I'd love to hear your take on the ending especially because it left me with a few questions.

I tried that sourdough recipe you sent and it actually turned out way better than I expected. The starter took about a week to become active and the first loaf was a bit dense but the second one had a really nice crumb and crust. I added a little rosemary and sea salt on top which gave it a nice touch. My neighbor saw it cooling on the counter and asked for the recipe. I think the key was letting it proof overnight in the fridge. The texture was chewy and the flavor had that slight tang that good sourdough should have. I'm going to try a whole wheat version next weekend. Let me know if you have any tips for that because I don't want it to turn out too heavy.
