I was just thinking about that recipe you shared last week and I finally tried it last night.
Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first because I thought the seasoning might be too strong but it actually turned out really well.
The kids loved it which is always a win in our house.
I did make a few substitutions because I didn't have all the ingredients on hand and it still worked great.
I swapped out the regular rice for cauliflower rice just to see how it would go and honestly I could barely tell the difference.
Next time I might add a bit more garlic because you can never have too much right.
Let me know if you have any other recommendations I should try.
I am always looking for new ideas especially ones that do not take too long to prep.

I finally got around to watching that series you mentioned a few months ago and I have to say I really enjoyed it.
The first couple episodes were a bit slow but once it picked up I was hooked.
The character development was really strong and I found myself genuinely caring about what happened to them.
I think my favorite character was probably the older sister because she reminded me of someone I used to know.
The ending was not at all what I expected which was refreshing honestly.
It is rare these days to find something that does not feel predictable.
I still have a few questions about some of the plot points but overall I thought it was really well done.
The cinematography was also beautiful especially the outdoor scenes.
Let me know if you have watched anything else lately that might be worth checking out.
