Hey, thanks for the note about the weekend. I ended up going to that new ramen place downtown and it was incredible. The broth was rich and the noodles had the perfect chew. I also finally got around to organizing my bookshelf, which sounds boring but was oddly satisfying. Let me know if you want to check out that hiking trail next Saturday. I heard the leaves are changing colors and it's supposed to be a great view. Anyway, talk later!
Oh, and I started that series you recommended on the streaming service. I'm three episodes in and it's really picking up. The character development is solid. Hope you're having a good week so far. Catch up soon!

I've been experimenting with sourdough starter this week and it's honestly been a fun little science project. The first batch came out a bit flat but the second one had a great airy crumb. My kitchen smells amazing. I also finally fixed that leaky faucet I've been ignoring for months. One trip to the hardware store and about thirty minutes of my life, but it feels good to have it done. Next on the list is patching up that hole in the drywall from when I hung the shelf too aggressively. Anyway, hope your week is going smoothly!
Did you end up signing up for that pottery class? I remember you were on the fence about it. I think you should go for it. Creating something with your hands is really therapeutic, even if the first few pieces end up looking like lopsided bowls. Let me know how it goes if you do it. I might look into a woodworking workshop nearby.
