Yeah, I finally got around to organizing the garage this weekend. Found some old baseball cards and a box of vinyl records I completely forgot about. The cards are probably worth something, but the records are scratched. I spent most of Sunday just sorting through boxes and cleaning up the shelves. It felt good to get it done. I might try to sell some of the stuff I don't need online, though I haven't decided where yet. Anyway, I was thinking we should grab lunch sometime this week. Let me know what day works for you.

That's great news about the project getting approved! I knew all that planning would pay off in the end. The timeline looks pretty aggressive, but I think if we coordinate well with the design team and get feedback early, we can make it work. I've already started looking at the initial requirements and sketching out a few ideas. Let's schedule a kick-off meeting for next Tuesday to align on deliverables and assign ownership for the main work streams. I'll send out an invite later today.
