Hey! I just tried that new coffee shop downtown. The one with the plants everywhere. Honestly, the latte art was incredible, and they had oat milk as a standard option. I grabbed a pour-over and a blueberry scone. The vibe was really chill, lots of people working on laptops. I managed to get a whole chapter of my book read. We should definitely go there this weekend. They have a nice outdoor patio too. Let me know if you're free Saturday morning! I think you'd really like the atmosphere.

Thanks again for the pasta recipe! I finally made it last night, and it was a huge hit with the family. I was a little skeptical about the sauce, but the combination of ingredients worked really well together. I used whole wheat spaghetti instead of regular, and it still came out great. I also added a bit of extra garlic because, well, you can never have too much garlic. The best part is that it came together in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a busy weeknight. I'm definitely adding this to the regular rotation. Let me know if you have any other quick dinner ideas!
