We've finished rolling out the latest update to the Calendesk panel. It was shaped by your feedback over the past few months - thank you to everyone who shared an idea.
Everything is already live on your account - nothing to switch on.
The latest changes include:
✔ Business analytics – reports,
✔ Additional variables in notifications,
✔ Data exports,
✔ Subscriptions – sales limits,
✔ Invoice Ocean – choose a department,
1. A new section with business analytics
A fresh section dedicated to analytics – Reports has appeared in your side menu. It lets you quickly check how your booking-based business is performing.
What you get:
- 6 tabs - bookings, subscriptions, offer, clients, team, sales,
- A configurable dashboard with widgets you arrange however you like,
- A complete picture of your business right after logging in.

2. Three new variables in messages
In your email and SMS templates you can now use three additional variables. Your client receives all the information right in the message.
- Rescheduling deadline - by when the client can move a booking
- Cancellation deadline - by when they can cancel the appointment
- Private client notes - ideal when you want to share individual guidance before a meeting
3. Selecting and exporting entire lists
Working with larger sets of data? After ticking the first box on the bookings or clients list, a link appears that covers entries across all pages - not just the ones visible on screen.
One-click export to the formats:
The ready file is sent straight to the email address of the person who requested the export - you can download it from any device with a browser.
4. A refreshed Subscriptions section
Now you can see at a glance in the list:
- booking limit,
- duration,
- number of active clients,
- redirect links after purchase,
A new field in the subscription configuration – active clients limit
Set in it the maximum number of people with an active subscription - so you never sell more places than your calendar can handle.
5. Invoice Ocean - choose a department
In Global integrations you can now provide the department identifier where documents issued from Calendesk should go.
Handy for companies running several service lines - your accounting stays organised.
One Calendesk account → one department in Invoice Ocean.
