Yeah, I totally agree with you on that point. The way they handled the scheduling conflict was a bit confusing at first, but once we sat down and looked at the calendar together, it all made sense. I think sometimes people just need a little extra time to adjust their routines. Anyway, I sent over the updated spreadsheet this morning with all the new dates, so hopefully that clears things up. Let me know if you spot anything weird in the formatting, I had to export it twice because the columns kept shifting. Appreciate you always keeping an eye on the details, by the way. It makes a huge difference when coordinating these events. I'll follow up with the team later this week to confirm everyone's availability for the next session. Talk soon!

Oh, I see what you mean about the redesign proposal. Honestly, I think the layout shift you suggested is much more intuitive for the user flow. The original mockup felt a bit cluttered, especially on the secondary pages. I took the liberty of sketching out a few alternate wireframes last night, and I think combining your approach with a bit more whitespace could really make it pop. Let me know if you want to meet up tomorrow afternoon to go over the revisions. I could bring my laptop and we can hash out the details. The client seemed happy with the initial direction, so I think we have some good momentum. Great catch on that functional specification, by the way. I totally missed that detail in the first draft.
