The original plan had us meeting at eight in the morning but the forecast shows cooler temperatures later in the day. Moving it to nine would give everyone more time to arrive and we could work through until noon without rushing. The park district confirmed they will provide gloves and trash bags as they did last year. We also need to assign specific zones to avoid people doubling up on the same areas. I can cover the playground and the walking path if that works. Several new families have signed up which is great because we had more requests for yard waste removal this season.
