I finally had a chance to try that new recipe you sent over last month. It turned out really well after I adjusted the seasoning a bit and added some fresh herbs from the garden. The whole family enjoyed it which is always a win in my book. I've been experimenting with different variations using seasonal vegetables and it seems pretty versatile.
