This week’s meal plan includes: Buffalo chicken sandwiches with loaded baked potato salad and a tequila sunrise cocktail for Memorial Day.
The rest of the week we are having tamale pie with a chopped Mexican kale salad, chili crisp carbonara, and flank steak paired with a summer fruit salad, and chili crisp salmon with sesame soba noodles and Asian broccolini!
The Main Dish:
