yeah I get what you mean about the plugin update I had the same issue last week. turns out it was just a cache conflict after clearing everything worked fine. also check if your theme supports the latest version sometimes that causes a mismatch. hope that helps you out.

we were talking about the hike we did last saturday and I forgot to mention the trailhead parking lot is closed on weekends so you need to park on the street. the detour adds about a mile but it's a nice warmup. anyway next time we should start earlier before the crowds show up.

I finally got around to reorganizing my bookshelf into genre sections instead of alphabetical. it took a couple hours but now I can spot my favorites way faster. the only downside is that some series span multiple genres so I had to make a judgement call on each one. let me know if you want a before and after photo.

I tried that new ramen place downtown yesterday and honestly it was a bit overhyped. the broth was good but the noodles were too chewy for my taste. maybe I need to go back and order something different because my friend loved her bowl. parking was a nightmare though so plan accordingly if you go.

we were discussing the best way to organize a garage sale and I remembered that pricing everything at a quarter or a dollar makes it go faster. people don't want to haggle over small items. also set up a free table at the end of the day to get rid of leftovers. worked great for us last summer.

thanks for the recommendation on that documentary about deep sea creatures. I watched it last night and the footage was incredible. the part about bioluminescence blew my mind. I had no idea so many species use light to communicate. definitely adding that to my list of favorites.
