i also wanted to ask about your garden project my tomatoes are finally starting to ripen and i tried that compost mix you recommended it really made a difference in the soil texture i think the key was the green waste ratio the leaves are much deeper green now and the plants look healthier than last season also i found a great nursery that sells organic seedlings if you want the address just let me know i can send it over the weekend i am planning to expand my herb bed with some rosemary and thyme they are so easy to grow and smell wonderful i might even try lavender this year we should compare notes on what works best in our zone i have had mixed results with peppers but the basil is thriving so i cannot complain too much maybe we can do a plant swap sometime i have some extra mint that has taken over a pot and it needs a new home and i would love to try some of your dill i have been reading about companion planting and how certain herbs help repel pests it is fascinating to see it work in real time my marigolds seem to keep the aphids away from the beans at least so far so good hope you are having a good week.
