I finally got around to reading that book you recommended. The pacing was excellent and the characters felt so real omWNzwBzuC8Wq1 that I couldn't put it down. I finished it in three evenings and thought the ending was really satisfying. The author's style reminds me a lot of the last novel we discussed. Have you read anything new lately? I'm looking for a lighter read next time, maybe something humorous or a short memoir. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I've also been listening to a podcast about urban design and it's surprisingly interesting. The way cities are planned affects so much about daily life. I never thought about it before but now I notice things like bike lanes and park placement everywhere I go. It's become a fun new interest for me.

That trail you asked about was wonderful. We went last weekend and the weather was ideal. The climb was steady but manageable and the views at the top were breathtaking. We stopped for a picnic near a small stream about halfway up. The path was clearly marked so we never had to guess where to go. We saw deer tracks and a variety of birds along the way. I'd suggest going early because it gets crowded by late morning. The parking area was nearly full when we returned. I think your family would enjoy it since the terrain isn't too difficult. Just take plenty of water and wear sturdy shoes. There's a small creek crossing near the beginning that adds a bit of fun. Let me know if you'd like more information about the route or directions. I took some photos I can share.
