I tried out that new pasta recipe you sent me last week. It turned out great, though I swapped out the regular flour for a gluten-free blend just to experiment. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and it paired nicely with a simple side salad. I think next time I'll add some roasted mushrooms for extra texture. Let me know if you have any other good recipes tucked away. I have been trying to cook more at home lately to save time during the week. Meal prepping on Sundays has been a huge help so far. Cooking in batches really cuts down on the cleanup too. Do you have any favorite go-to meals that reheat well? I could use some new ideas for my lunch rotation. Also, thanks for recommending that kitchen scale. It makes portioning ingredients so much easier and my baking has become way more consistent.

I finally got around to organizing the bookshelf this weekend. It was long overdue, but I managed to sort everything by genre this time around. I found some old favorites I had completely forgotten about, including that mystery novel I read back in college. I also realized I have way too many cookbooks compared to how often I actually use them. Maybe I will try to follow a whole meal plan from just one cookbook next month just to justify keeping them all. The weather this weekend was perfect for staying indoors and rearranging things. I also finally put up those shelves I bought months ago. The living room feels much more spacious now. I should tackle the closet next but I am going to give myself a break for a couple of days first.
