Hi there,
Just following up on our chat about the recipe testing session. I think we should aim for early next week, maybe Tuesday afternoon? I’ll bring the herbs and the base stock; you can handle the proteins and sides. Let’s keep it to four dishes so we don’t overwhelm the fridge space. Also, can you confirm if anyone else wants to join? I’ll prep the mise en place at home and we can finish at your kitchen. Let me know what time works for you.
Cheers,
Alex

Hey, just wanted to circle back on the garden layout we discussed. I think we should go with raised beds this year—improves drainage and makes weeding easier. I’ve sketched a plan for four 4x8 beds, planted with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and basil. We can get the lumber this weekend if you’re free. Let me know if you want to adjust the spacing or add any extra crops. Also, I found a good source for organic soil mix at a decent price.
Best,
Sam
