I tried that recipe you asked about last week. It turned out really well once I adjusted the cooking time a bit. The key was letting the dough rest for about 30 minutes before shaping it. I also added more seasoning than listed because it needed extra flavor. Next time I might swap the cheese for something sharper to see how it changes the taste. It was pretty straightforward and didn't take too long to put together.

I found a good source for the ingredients at the market on Main Street. Everything was fresh and the prices were reasonable. I can send you the address if you need it. Let me know if you want me to pick up anything for you next time I go. Also I would recommend doubling the recipe if you are making it for more than two people because the portions were a bit small for leftovers.

The prep work took about 20 minutes and then the cooking time was around 45 minutes total. I used a ceramic dish instead of metal and that seemed to help with even heating. Next time I might try adding some fresh herbs at the end instead of during cooking to keep the flavor brighter.

We finally got around to organizing the garage last weekend like we discussed. It took longer than expected but the results are worth it. We installed shelving units along the back wall and cleared out a lot of stuff we had been holding onto for years. The workbench area is much more usable now and we can actually park both cars inside again.

For the shelving we went with adjustable metal frames because they seemed more durable than plastic ones. Assembly was straightforward with just a few tools needed. We also added a pegboard for hanging tools which made a big difference in keeping things accessible. If you decide to tackle your garage soon I can share some tips on how we approached the layout. We also labeled all the bins which helps find things quickly.

The whole project took about six hours spread across two days. We started by pulling everything out and sorting into piles for keep donate and discard. That step alone made a huge difference. I found tools I forgot I had and was able to consolidate several boxes into one organized space. Let me know if you want the list of items we picked up for the shelving setup.
